  • Sacred Ally 130 East Broadway Street Missoula, MT, 59802 United States (map)

Join us on Thursday November 21st for Morning Community Yoga with guest instructor Anastasia Tsiagkouris

Ease into your day with a refreshing and grounding yoga practice in our inclusive morning class, designed for all levels of experience. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or stepping onto the mat for the first time, this 60-minute session offers something for everyone. Our focus is on creating a supportive community environment where you can explore movement, breath, and mindfulness with the perfect balance of ease and effort.

Experience a holistic, intuitively lead yoga class, designed to meet you where you are at. We will be incorporating yoga postures to help keep you in balance with the season and positive affirmations to harmonize body mind and soul.

Anastasia has been teaching yoga for 15 years, and is trained in both the Sacred Hot Yoga Method and AyurYoga. Yoga was Anastaisa’s first introduction to the healing arts and she is passionate about sharing the powerful effects of harmonizing breath with movement to harness the power of the mind to create a sense of tranquil empowerment within oneself. She looks forward to seeing you on the mat for her one-month guest teaching session on Thursdays at Sacred Ally in November and early December.

This class is offered on a sliding scale to ensure that everyone has access to the benefits of yoga, regardless of financial circumstances. Come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and connected. We can’t wait to share this space with you!

What to Bring:

  • A yoga mat (some mats and props are available for use)

  • Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely

  • A water bottle to stay hydrated

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and be ready to join.
