The colder season can challenge our immune systems, but with the right balance of herbal remedies, nourishing foods, and mindful self-care practices, you can stay healthy and vibrant throughout the season.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, winter is the season of utmost yin. What does that mean? Yin is our feminine energy. It represents the shady side of the mountain. Yin is our solid, grounded structure or foundation. So this is the time to realize your Divine Feminine energy ( we all have it)! Cultivate your creativity, your sensuality, your cozy nature.
In this workshop, Mudita Kristy Hinton will guide you through the essentials of winter nutrition, helping you discover how to boost your immunity through mindful eating and herbal remedies.
